Megan Taylor established Think Out Loud as the culmination of over twenty years experience working as a psychologist in a range of settings, including hospitals, community centres and private practice. She has extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, young children and their families.


Think Out Loud is committed to the provision of effective psychological intervention, in a sensitive and confidential manner. Megan works predominantly within a cognitive-behavioural therapeutic framework, focusing on the interaction between thoughts, feelings and behaviours in order to achieve positive life changes.


Megan holds degrees in psychology from the University of Sydney and Macquarie University. She is fully registered with the Psychology Board of Australia, and a member of the Australian Psychological Society.


Think Out Loud offers intervention to adults, adolescents, children and their families in the following areas:
